- Canned Salmon 14 Oz
- Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup
- Large Egg 1
- Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
- Dijon Mustard 1 Tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
- Green Onions 2 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp
Drain the liquid from your canned salmon. Put the salmon into your large mixing bowl. Use a fork to flake it into small pieces.
Add the breadcrumbs and the beaten egg. Put in the mayo, mustard, and lemon juice. Add your onions and spices to the bowl now.
Mix everything together very gently with your fork. Do not overmix the salmon. You want some small chunks to stay whole.
Divide the mix into four equal parts. Use your hands to shape them into round patties. Make sure they are about one inch thick.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Lightly grease the basket with a little oil spray. This prevents the fish from sticking.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket. Cook them for ten to twelve minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking time.
