- large Zucchini 3
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
- Dried Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit now.
Slice the Zucchini: Cut the zucchini into thick, flat planks.
Season the Oil: Mix the oil with minced garlic and herbs.
Brush the Steaks: Coat both sides of the zucchini with oil.
First Roast: Bake the planks for about ten minutes first.
Add the Cheese: Pile the cheese high on each zucchini slice.
Melt and Brown: Bake again until the cheese bubbles and turns brown.
