Ingredients
  

  • Cottage Cheese 2 cups
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Strawberries 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate Chips 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Base: Put the cheese and honey in the blender. Blend until it looks like smooth cream.
  • Add the Flavor: Pour in the vanilla and salt. Pulse it a few more times.
  • Mix in Toppings: Stir in the berries and chocolate chips. Use a spoon for this part.
  • Transfer to Container: Pour the mix into a plastic tub. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Freeze the Mix: Put the container in the freezer. Wait for four hours to get firm.
  • Scoop and Serve: Let it sit out for ten minutes. Scoop it into a nice bowl.
