Ingredients
  

  • Ears Fresh Corn 4
  • Unsalted Butter 3 Tbsp
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Fresh Parsley 1 Tbsp
  • Whole Lime 1

Instructions
 

  • Clean the Corn: Remove all the green husks and silks.
  • Preheat the Grill: Turn your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Prepare the Butter: Melt the butter in a small bowl.
  • Add the Spices: Stir salt, pepper, and garlic into the butter.
  • Brush the Corn: Coat each ear of corn with the butter mix.
  • Place on Grill: Lay the corn directly on the hot grates.
  • Char the Kernels: Rotate the corn every two minutes.
  • Check for Doneness: Remove when the kernels are bright and charred.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lime.
