- Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
- Large Onions 2
- Garlic 3 Cloves
- Ginger 1 Inch
- Garam Masala 2 Tsp
- Turmeric 1 Tsp

- Canned Tomatoes 400 g
- Small Green Chilies 2
- Bunch Fresh Cilantro 1

Prepare your chicken by cutting it into small cubes. Keep the pieces the same size. This helps the meat cook evenly.
Heat the oil in your large wok. Add the chopped onions to the hot pan. Fry them until they turn golden brown.
Stir in the garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook them for just one minute. You will smell the amazing aroma quickly.
