- Oat Flour 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Protein Powder 1 scoop
- Almond Butter 2 tbsp
- Maple Syrup 1 tbsp
- Dark Chocolate Chips 2 tbsp
- Almond Milk 1 tbsp
- Sea Salt 1 pinch
Gather all your dry ingredients first. Put the protein powder and oat flour in. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt too.
Whisk the dry ingredients together now. Make sure there are no large lumps. This ensures a very smooth dough texture.
Add your wet ingredients to the bowl. Pour in the nut butter and maple syrup. Add one tablespoon of almond milk for now.
Stir everything with your silicone spatula. Keep mixing until a thick dough forms. Add more milk if it feels too dry.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently. Distribute them evenly throughout the sweet dough. Your healthy snack is now ready to eat.
