Serving Spoon
- Strawberries 1 pound
- Blueberries 1 cup
- Green Grapes 1 cup
- Pineapple Chunks 2 cups
- Mandarin Oranges 3
- Kiwis 2
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves 5
Prepare Your Fruit Wash all the berries and grapes very well. Peel the kiwi and the mandarin oranges carefully.
Cut the larger fruits into bite-sized pieces. Try to keep the sizes mostly the same.
Make the Sweet Glaze Grab your small bowl and the metal whisk. Mix the honey and lime juice together well.
Stir until the honey is no longer thick. This creates a light and zesty dressing.
Combine the Ingredients Put all the cut fruit into the large bowl. Pour the honey lime glaze over the top.
Use your spoon to toss the fruit gently. Do not mash the soft berries while mixing.
Chill and Serve Place the bowl in the fridge for ten minutes. This allows the flavors to soak into the fruit.
Garnish with mint leaves just before you serve it. Your beautiful fruit salad is now ready to eat.
