Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Small Whisk
  • Sharp Chef Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Serving Spoon

Ingredients

  • Strawberries 1 pound
  • Blueberries 1 cup
  • Green Grapes 1 cup
  • Pineapple Chunks 2 cups
  • Mandarin Oranges 3
  • Kiwis 2
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Mint Leaves 5

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Fruit Wash all the berries and grapes very well. Peel the kiwi and the mandarin oranges carefully.
  • Cut the larger fruits into bite-sized pieces. Try to keep the sizes mostly the same.
  • Make the Sweet Glaze Grab your small bowl and the metal whisk. Mix the honey and lime juice together well.
  • Stir until the honey is no longer thick. This creates a light and zesty dressing.
  • Combine the Ingredients Put all the cut fruit into the large bowl. Pour the honey lime glaze over the top.
  • Use your spoon to toss the fruit gently. Do not mash the soft berries while mixing.
  • Chill and Serve Place the bowl in the fridge for ten minutes. This allows the flavors to soak into the fruit.
  • Garnish with mint leaves just before you serve it. Your beautiful fruit salad is now ready to eat.
