Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp Peeled And Deveined 1 Lb
  • Linguine Pasta 1/2 Lb
  • Unsalted Butter 4 Tbsp
  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic Minced 3 Cloves
  • White Wine 1/2 Cup
  • Whole Lemon Juiced 1
  • Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 Tsp
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Pasta: Fill a large pot with water and salt. Let it reach a rolling boil. Add your linguine to the hot water. Cook it until it is firm but soft. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  • Sauté the Garlic: Place your skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and the olive oil together. Let the butter melt until it bubbles. Add the minced garlic to the pan. Cook it for only one minute. Do not let the garlic turn brown.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add the raw shrimp to the skillet. Sprinkle some salt and red pepper flakes. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink. This usually takes about three minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan quickly. Put them on a clean plate for now.
  • Make the Sauce: Pour the wine into the warm skillet. Let it simmer and reduce by half. Stir in the fresh lemon juice. Add a little bit of pasta water. This helps the sauce stick to noodles.
  • Combine Everything: Put the cooked shrimp back into the skillet. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce. Toss everything together with your tongs. Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top. Serve the meal while it is very hot.
