- Large Flour Tortillas 2
- Chicken Breast 1 Cup
- Monterey Jack Cheese 1/2 Cup
- Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp
- Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp
- Dried Oregano 1/4 Tsp
- Paprika 1/4 Tsp
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp
Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into very small cubes. Season them with all the spices in a bowl.
Cook the Meat: Heat oil in your large skillet. Fry the chicken until it is golden and cooked.
Clean the Pan: Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel. This prevents the spices from burning later.
Layer the Tortilla: Place one tortilla in the warm skillet. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on one half.
Add the Filling: Put the cooked chicken over the cheese layer. Add more cheese on top of the chicken.
Fold and Toast: Fold the tortilla over to make a half-moon. Press down with your spatula for a few seconds.
Flip Carefully: Cook until the bottom is brown and crispy. Flip it over to toast the other side.
Slice and Serve: Remove it from the heat. Cut it into three triangles using your knife.
