Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Silicone Spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small Cookie Scoop

Ingredients

  • Pb2 Powder 1 Cup
  • Rolled Oats 1/2 Cup
  • Protein Powder Vanilla Or Chocolate 1/4 Cup
  • Honey Or Maple Syrup 3 Tbsp
  • Mini Chocolate Chips 2 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
  • Water Or Almond Milk Add Slowly 3 Tbsp

Instructions

  • Gather all your dry ingredients first. Put the oats and PB2 in the bowl. Stir them until they look even.
  • Add your liquid sweeteners to the mix. Pour in the honey and vanilla extract. Stir slowly to avoid a mess.
  • Add small amounts of water very slowly. Mix until a thick dough forms. It should feel like damp clay.
  • Fold in your mini chocolate chips now. Distribute them evenly throughout the dough. Use your spatula for this part.
  • Scoop out small pieces of the dough. Roll them between your palms carefully. Make them about one inch wide.
  • Place each ball on the lined tray. Put them in the fridge for thirty minutes. This helps them stay firm.

Notes

  • Use wet hands to roll the dough easily.
  • Add more oats if the mix is sticky.
  • Chill the dough before rolling for better shapes.
  • Use fresh PB2 powder for the best flavor.
  • Press the chocolate chips in firmly so they stay.
  • Store them in a cool place always.
  • Do not add too much water at once.
