- Loaf Ciabatta Bread 1
- Unsalted Butter 4 Tbsp
- Fresh Garlic 3 Cloves
- Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup
- Fresh Parsley 1 Tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
Melt the butter in your small bowl. Stir in the minced garlic and parsley. Add the olive oil and mix well.
Brush the garlic mixture onto the bread. Cover the entire white surface of the loaf. Use all of the butter mixture now.
Place the bread on the baking sheet. Bake for about eight to ten minutes. The edges should look slightly golden.
Remove the bread from the oven briefly. Sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella on top. Be generous with the cheese layers.
Put the bread back into the oven. Broil for two minutes until cheese bubbles. Watch it closely so it does not burn.
- Use fresh garlic cloves for the best bold flavor.
- Soften the butter but do not make it oily.
- Grate your own cheese for a better melt.
- Use high-quality ciabatta bread for great air pockets.
- Do not skip the fresh parsley for garnish.
