Ingredients
  

  • SPAGHETTI NOODLES 1 lb
  • GROUND BEEF 1 lb
  • medium ONION 1
  • small GREEN BELL PEPPER 1
  • GARLIC 2 cloves
  • can DICED TOMATOES 1
  • can TOMATO SAUCE 1
  • ITALIAN SEASONING 1 tsp
  • SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 2 cups
  • MONTEREY JACK CHEESE 1 cup
  • BUTTER 2 tbsp
  • SALT 1 tsp
  • BLACK PEPPER 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Pasta. Cook the noodles in salty water. Keep them firm.
  • Brown the Meat. Cook the beef in a hot skillet. Drain the fat.
  • Sauté the Veggies. Add onions and peppers to the meat. Cook until soft.
  • Make the Sauce. Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Let it simmer.
  • Mix It Up. Combine the noodles with the meat sauce. Add butter.
  • Layer the Dish. Put half the pasta in the pan. Add cheese.
  • Repeat Layers. Add the rest of the pasta. Top with more cheese.
  • Bake the Meal. Put it in the oven until bubbly. The cheese should melt.
