Ingredients
  

  • thick PORK CHOPS 4
  • can CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 1
  • CHICKEN BROTH 1/2 cup
  • OLIVE OIL 2 tbsp
  • GARLIC POWDER 1 tsp
  • ONION POWDER 1 tsp
  • BLACK PEPPER 1/2 tsp
  • FRESH PARSLEY 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Season the Meat: Sprinkle spices on both sides of the pork. Press them in with your hands.
  • Sear the Chops: Heat oil in your large skillet. Brown each side for three minutes.
  • Mix the Sauce: Combine soup and broth in a bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Fill the Crockpot: Place the seared pork inside the pot. Pour the sauce over the top.
  • Set the Timer: Cover the pot with the lid. Cook on low for six hours.
  • Check for Tenderness: Poke the meat with a fork. It should pull apart very easily.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Place the chops on a big plate. Spoon extra gravy over the meat.
