Chef Knife
- Greek Yogurt 2 Cups
- Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder 2
- Box Sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix 1
- Large Bananas 3
- Vanilla Wafers 20
- Milk 1/2 Cup
- Whipped Topping 1 Cup
Whisk the Greek yogurt and milk together. Make sure the mixture is very smooth. Do this in your large mixing bowl.
Add the protein powder and pudding mix slowly. Whisk quickly to avoid any dry clumps. Let it sit for five minutes to thicken.
Slice your ripe bananas into thin circles. Keep them uniform for a better look. Set them aside on a clean plate.
Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the pudding. Use your spatula for a light touch. Do not over-mix the creamy base.
Place a layer of wafers in your serving dish. Add a layer of banana slices on top. Cover them with a thick layer of pudding.
Repeat the layers until the dish is full. Top it with the remaining whipped topping. Add a few crushed cookies for decoration.
- Use cold yogurt and milk for a better set.
- Slice bananas just before layering to keep them fresh.
- Let the pudding chill for at least two hours.
- Sift your protein powder to ensure no chalky lumps.
- Use a vanilla bean paste for a deeper flavor.
- Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
- Do not skip the chilling time in the fridge.
