Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Rubber spatula
  • Serving Dishes
  • Chef Knife

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt 2 Cups
  • Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder 2
  • Box Sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix 1
  • Large Bananas 3
  • Vanilla Wafers 20
  • Milk 1/2 Cup
  • Whipped Topping 1 Cup

Instructions

  • Whisk the Greek yogurt and milk together. Make sure the mixture is very smooth. Do this in your large mixing bowl.
  • Add the protein powder and pudding mix slowly. Whisk quickly to avoid any dry clumps. Let it sit for five minutes to thicken.
  • Slice your ripe bananas into thin circles. Keep them uniform for a better look. Set them aside on a clean plate.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the pudding. Use your spatula for a light touch. Do not over-mix the creamy base.
  • Place a layer of wafers in your serving dish. Add a layer of banana slices on top. Cover them with a thick layer of pudding.
  • Repeat the layers until the dish is full. Top it with the remaining whipped topping. Add a few crushed cookies for decoration.

Notes

  • Use cold yogurt and milk for a better set.
  • Slice bananas just before layering to keep them fresh.
  • Let the pudding chill for at least two hours.
  • Sift your protein powder to ensure no chalky lumps.
  • Use a vanilla bean paste for a deeper flavor.
  • Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
  • Do not skip the chilling time in the fridge.
