Ingredients
  

  • box White Cake Mix 1
  • Whole Milk 1 cup
  • large Eggs 3
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
  • Evaporated Milk 12 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • Heavy Whipping Cream for soak 1/4 cup
  • Heavy Whipping Cream for topping 2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Fresh Strawberries 5-6

Instructions
 

  • Bake the Cake: Mix the box batter as the package says. Pour it into your greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake it until a toothpick comes out very clean. Let the cake cool for ten full minutes.
  • Poke the Holes: Take your wooden skewer or a large fork. Poke holes all over the warm cake top. Make sure the holes go halfway down the cake. This helps the milk soak into every single bite.
  • Mix the Three Milks: Grab a medium bowl and your metal whisk. Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and some heavy cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth and very creamy.
  • Pour the Milk: Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake. Focus on the edges and the holes you made. The cake will look like it is swimming. Do not worry because the sponge absorbs it all.
  • Chill the Cake: Cover the pan tightly with some plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for four hours. Overnight is even better for the best texture. The cake needs time to get very cold.
  • Add the Topping: Whip the remaining heavy cream with some sugar. Spread it over the cake with a spatula. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for a beautiful finish.
