Ingredients
  

  • BROCCOLI florets 4 cups
  • shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE 1 cup
  • can CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 1
  • MAYONNAISE 1/2 cup
  • large EGG 1
  • chopped ONION 1/4 cup
  • melted BUTTER 2 tbsp
  • crushed RITZ CRACKERS 1/2 cup
  • BLACK PEPPER 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven. Set it to 350 degrees.
  • Steam the broccoli. Cook it until it is slightly soft.
  • Mix the liquids. Combine soup, mayo, and eggs together.
  • Add the cheese. Stir in most of the shredded cheese.
  • Combine with broccoli. Toss the veggies into the creamy mix.
  • Pour into dish. Spread the mix in your baking pan.
  • Make the topping. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
  • Top the dish. Sprinkle the buttery crumbs over the top.
  • Bake the casserole. Cook for thirty to forty minutes.
