- Egg Noodles 250 g
- Large Chicken Breasts 2
- Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp
- Fresh Ginger 1 Inch
- Garlic 2 Cloves
- Bean Sprouts 100 g
- Bunch Spring Onions 1
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
Boil water in your large pot now. Add the noodles and cook until soft. Drain them and set them aside carefully.
Place your wok on very high heat. Add a splash of oil to the pan. Wait until the oil starts to smoke.
Add the chicken strips to the hot oil. Stir-fry them until they are golden brown. Remove the meat and keep it warm.
Toss in the garlic and fresh ginger. Stir them for only thirty seconds now. Do not let them burn or turn black.
Throw in the sliced peppers and onions. Cook them until they are slightly soft. They should still have a little bite.
Put the noodles and chicken back in. Pour the mixed sauce over the whole pan. Toss everything together to coat well.
Add the bean sprouts and spring onions. Stir for one more minute and serve. Enjoy your hot and fresh meal immediately.
